How do we work with buyers?
We find homes for sale in your preferred area – We help you find an affordable home in the current market; we find listed homes that match your needs and budget. Then, we help you narrow down the options to the properties worth considering. Since Nia Renee Realtor has access to Multiple Listing Service, we can see more information than you can on real estate websites and apps.
We know the area inside and out – If you’re from the area, we can give you details about zoning and taxes, while if you aren’t local, we can provide you with the inside scoops on schools, neighborhoods, and more.
We schedule showings or tours – Seeing the property in person isn’t the same when you just looking at the listing photos. We will work with the listing agent or owners to schedule showings. We will let you know what we know about the property from our conversation with the listing agent or owner. We are transparent and honest.

Hiring professional listing photos – Once your home is prepped and staged, it’ll be ready for a photo shoot. Many buyers who live out of the state or the country want to complete a 3D Walkthrough of your property before they waste their time and money to tour it in person.
