How does selling with a Realtor work?

As a realtor in Florida, we make your selling or buying process significantly easier. If you’re looking to sell a house with us, we go over an initial game plan, review your goals, and once you are ready, we will list and show your house to prospecting buyers. We’ll handle all the paperwork, listings, photos, and communication between both parties!

Our process for representing clients looking to buy a house is very similar. However, with a slight difference. When looking to buy a house, we will send you a listing that matches your buying criteria; if you happen to see a house you love, you can send us a request to view your dream home! If you are satisfied with the property, we will handle all your paperwork, and the process will start for you!

Do I need to repair my house before selling it?

It’s totally up to you if you decide to repair your house before selling. I will admit that there is a certain threshold where if you put too much money back into the property, you might not receive more back in return for the repairs completed. We’ll go over the top suggestions to update before selling so you can have a clearer picture of what could give you back a better return.

What Is A Buyer’s Agent Vs. Sellers Agent?

Florida Real estate agents with licenses work as buyers’ and sellers’ agents. However, the only difference is that a buyers’ agent helps a client find a house to buy. At the same time, a seller’s agent assists the house seller in selling their house. Depending on the state, a real estate agent can operate as a dual agent, representing both parties, if they were hired to sell your house and located a buyer for it during the same transaction. In conclusion, all real estate agents are qualified to assist you in buying or selling a home.

How Fast Can You Sell House?

This can never be answered with 100% certainty. It is impossible to provide an exact number of how long it will take to sell your house. The average time to sell a house is between 30 and 70 days. Remember that this is an average based on homes that have sat on the market due to their high price, condition, or potential problem. Houses with fewer problems, current property conditions, and reasonable listing prices tend to sell more quickly. Can I Sell My House Myself?
